This Shipping Policy describes how Atlas Research processes, packages, and ships orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. Wholesale orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product and destination; please contact us prior to ordering if you are located outside the United States to confirm eligibility.

3. Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging with no external branding or labeling that identifies the contents. Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging materials to preserve product integrity in transit.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping speed. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at an additional cost.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Atlas Research is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Signature & Delivery Confirmation

Some orders, particularly wholesale or high-value orders, may require a signature upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package or for arranging pickup with the carrier if delivery is missed.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Atlas Research is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship an order returned due to an incorrect address.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
